1/4 teaspoon salt

For the dipping sauce:
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/4 cuprice vinegar
1 teaspoonsesame oil
1 teaspoonchili paste
1 teaspoonsugar
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the dumpling wrappers
To make the dumpling wrappers, combine the flour, water, and salt in a mixing bowl. Use your hands to knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Make the filling
