1 whole chicken, about 2-3 pounds
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the chicken by removing any excess fat and cleaning it thoroughly.
