  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the Chinese sausage over medium-high heat until browned and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion, red bell pepper, and frozen peas until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and Chinese five-spice powder.
