- 8 ounces of dried rice noodles

- 1/4 cup of dried salted fish
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of sliced bok choy
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Begin by soaking the dried rice noodles in hot water for 15-20 minutes, until they become soft. Drain and set aside.
2. In a wok or large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add in the minced garlic and diced onion, and cook until fragrant.
