Instructions:
To start, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion and red bell pepper until the vegetables are tender.
