  • 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 cup of chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crab by cleaning and cutting it into pieces. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Coat the crab pieces with this mixture and set aside.
  2. In a wok or large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the crab pieces and stir-fry for 5 minutes until they turn red and are slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
