Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the spices for the chicken (paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper).
  2. In your pressure cooker, heat olive oil on the sauté function. Add the chicken and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pressure cooker and set aside.
  4. In the same pressure cooker, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
