1 cup of water1/2 cup of granulated sugar1/2 cup of Easter egg-shaped candyBaileys Irish Cream
Baileys Easter Egg Drink:
1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream1 oz vodka1/2 oz simple syrup1/2 oz heavy creamWhipped creamMini chocolate Easter eggs
Instructions:
Easter Egg Ice Cubes:
In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then bring to a boil.Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens into a syrup.Remove from heat and let it cool.Place the Easter egg-shaped candy into an ice cube tray.Pour the cooled syrup over the candy in the ice cube tray, filling each cube about ¾ of the way.Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cubes are solid.Once frozen, remove the ice cubes from the tray and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to use.
Baileys Easter Egg Drink:
In a shaker, combine the Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, simple syrup, and heavy cream.Add in a handful of Easter egg ice cubes.Shake well until the drink is chilled and the ice cubes have started to melt.Strain the drink into a glass filled with Easter egg ice cubes.Top with whipped cream and garnish with mini chocolate Easter eggs.Serve and enjoy your festive Baileys Easter Egg drink!
