  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add in the cleaned and halved baby mushrooms and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the chopped onion and grated ginger and sauté until the onion turns translucent.
