  • Lime wedges
  • Sliced chili peppers

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, add the beef and pork bones, beef shank, pork hock, onion, ginger, lemongrass, and garlic. Fill the pot with enough water to cover the ingredients by 2 inches.
  2. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 4-5 hours, skimming off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.
