Ingredients

For the red layer:

• 1 box of strawberry-flavored Jello
• 1 cup of boiling water
• 1 cup of cold water

For the white layer:

• 1 box of unflavored gelatin
• 1 cup of boiling water
• 1 cup of coconut-flavored vodka or rum

For the blue layer:

• 1 box of blueberry-flavored Jello
• 1 cup of boiling water
• 1 cup of cold water

Instructions

1. Start by making the red layer. In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the Jello mixture and stir well. Set aside to cool.
3. Next, prepare the white layer. In a separate bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Once dissolved, add the coconut-flavored vodka or rum and stir well.
4. Pour the white layer on top of the red layer and place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
5. Once the white layer is set, repeat the process with the blue Jello. Dissolve the blueberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Pour the blue layer on top of the white layer and return to the refrigerator to set for another 2 hours.
6. When all three layers are set, remove the Jello from the refrigerator. Using a sharp knife, cut the Jello into squares or use cookie cutters to create festive shapes.
