Jump to RecipeThis recipe makes one large cookie pizza, but you can easily double the ingredients to make two if you're feeding a crowd.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add in the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
Press the dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan, spreading it evenly and leaving about a half-inch border around the edge.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake the cookie crust for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Let it cool completely before adding the toppings.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled cookie crust.
Next, arrange the blueberries and sliced strawberries on top of the white chocolate. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the fruit, and then add dollops of whipped cream around the edge of the pizza.
Place the cookie pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the toppings to set. Once chilled, slice and serve to your hungry 4th of July guests!
Enjoy this festive and delicious 4th of July cookie pizza with your loved ones as you celebrate the birth of our nation. Happy Independence Day!Ingredients
