  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk or other unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 6 5/8 tablespoons almonds chopped
  • rum or brandy for feeding
