  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley
  • 1 teaspoon sauce adobe, from can of chipotle peppers
  • 1 can corn yellow, drained
  • 1 can white beans drain and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped, chopped
  • 2 chipotle peppers chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped, the green parts
