  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 1/2 pounds frozen broad beans or fava beans
  • 5 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 large eggs
