  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/8 cups white wine vinegar
  • 2 apples grated
  • 2 mangoes peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 4 bay leaves
