• 3 cups all purpose flour

• 4 cups sugar confectioners’, sifted
• 3 tablespoons meringue powder
• 1/2 cup warm water plus additional for thinning
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract clear, plus more for petal dusts
• 1/2 cup flower petals edible, Scottish blend: cornflower, purple heather, and safflower
• 2 tablespoons silver dragees each 2mm, 4mm silver dragees
