- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs chopped, I use a mix of thyme, basil, oregano and parsley, or you could use 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
