  • 1 cup shredded cheese any variety, optional
  • salt to taste, recipe is bland without it
  • romaine Chopped

  • fresh corn cooked and cut off the cob
  • chopped cilantro
  • spinach Chopped
  • avocado Diced
  • fresh lime juice
