- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 shallot finely minced, or 1/4 cup diced onion, I used Vidalia onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt course
- 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 cup oil
