  • 4 granny smith apples peeled and diced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage finely
  • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley leaves finely chopped fresh
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 pumpkin cheese, 10 to 12 pounds
