  • 3 ounces oysters 1 can, smoked, chopped
  • 6 ounces crab meat 1 can, with juices
  • 6 ounces clams 1 can, with juices
  • 5 ounces tilapia fillet or other white fish, chopped
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon 3 –, flaked
  • 6 ounces shrimp 4 –, peeled, tail off
  • 1/4 cup pancetta cooked, chopped, or bacon
