• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup cream cheese scant
• 1 tablespoon semolina Wheat
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 cloves garlic crushed
• 11 arugula finely chopped
• 16 cannelloni
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 onion small, diced
• 3 cups tomato chopped, tinned
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano chopped
• 1 teaspoon fresh basil chopped
• 1 mozzarella cheese ball, approx. 125 g | 0.5 cup
• 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
