• 8 ounces boiled ham 1/4 inch dice
• 8 ounces soppressata 1/4 inch dice
• 8 ounces mozzarella cheese Cubed into 1/4 inch pieces
• 8 ounces provolone cheese 1/4 inch cubes
• 2 pounds ricotta cheese
• 4 ounces pecorino romano Grated
• 10 eggs Large and beaten
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 egg Beaten, for egg wash
