- 1/2 tablespoon rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- whole chicken 3-4 lbs, chopped into pieces with skin on
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch + 3 tbsp of water to form a slurry
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder NOT to be confused with baking soda!
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
