- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg optional
- 1 pound ziti Rigati, like a Ziti with ridges
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half & half
- 5 1/4 ounces Boursin or 5 oz of a brick of cream cheese, optional, for an even richer experience
- Parmesan cheese for topping
