  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar TFD note – I would use cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper optional
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup sugar divided
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or TFD’s preference of Eastern North Carolina BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Duke’s
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 head green cabbage about 3 lb., finely-shredded on a mandoline or by hand and then chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup kosher salt
