  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt I prefer my salad dressed lightly, but you can add more if you prefer it with more
  • zest a medium lemon
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon canela
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
