  • 3 cloves garlic sliced thinly
  • 1 fresh lime juice squeeze
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 12 ounces shrimp I used frozen but if you have fresh will be even better!
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets blanched
  • 1 zucchini medium size
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch Slurry mix a few spoonfuls of cornstarch with cold water and mix until cornstarch is dissolved
  • lime for garnish, optional
