- 12 ounces shrimp I used frozen but if you have fresh will be even better!
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets blanched
- 1 zucchini medium size
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch Slurry mix a few spoonfuls of cornstarch with cold water and mix until cornstarch is dissolved
- lime for garnish, optional
