  • 4 teaspoons soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 cup button mushrooms sliced, optional
  • 1 cup snow peas steamed
