  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon yellow onion finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper fresh
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Grandma recommends Italian style
  • fresh basil for garnish, if desired, optional
