- 1 teaspoon yellow onion finely minced
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper fresh
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly
- 1 cup breadcrumbs Grandma recommends Italian style
- fresh basil for garnish, if desired, optional
