  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 inch ginger peeled and grated, ½ inch = ca. 1.5 cm
  • fresh coriander for garnishing, optional
