Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cake Balls

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry cake mix duncan hines, prepared and baked
• 1 1/2 cups cream cheese frosting homemade or 1 can of prepared
• 6 ounces milk chocolate or high quality white, dark, i often use ghiradelli or lindt
• 1 drop food coloring
• sprinkles decorations, etc, optional
• 1 box white cake mix I used Duncan Hines again, prepared and baked
• 1 teaspoon vanilla or chocolate extract, or both to add to cake batter
• 1 1/2 cups cream cheese frosting or buttercream, homemade or 1 can of prepared
• 6 ounces white dark or milk chocolate
• 3 drops food coloring pink
