• 1 1/2 cups bananas mashed, about 3 large bananas
• 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 12 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 sticks, room temperature
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
• 32 ounces cream cheese packs, softened at room temperature
• 16 tablespoons butter softened at room temperature
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
