• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup butter Softened
• 7 15/16 ounces gluten free plain flour
• 1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
• 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
• 1 teaspoon mixed spice Ground
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 7/8 cups muscavado sugar Soft Dark
• 2 tablespoons black treacle
• 5 eggs
• 1 Orange Juice & Zest
• 15/16 cup ground almonds
• 3/4 cup mixed nuts Chopped
• 4 tablespoons apricot jam Smooth, / Glaze
• 1 1/8 pounds marzipan
• 2 1/4 pounds sugarpaste
