- 2 cups almond flour I buy mine from nuts.com
- 3 tablespoons coconut palm sugar or other granulated sweetener
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup butter ghee, coconut oil or Earth Balance softened, use oil or Earth Balance for vegan and dairy-free
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave, use agave for vegan
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon poppyseeds optional
