• 1 piece ginger root freshly grated, the size of a walnut
• 1/2 bunch chive Garlic
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1334 cups ground beef
• 1334 cups ground pork
• salt
• freshly ground pepper
• 2 tablespoons rice wine
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 eggs
• 6 cups chicken stock
• 1/4 chinese cabbage
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
• chocolate
• fruit
• chive Garlic, to garnish, optional
