- 1/2 cup water chestnuts sliced
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots sliced
- 1 bunch green onions cut into 2” lengths
- 5 slices peeled fresh ginger
- 11 dried shiitake mushrooms small, Reconstitute in hot water for 15-20 minutes, drain from soaking water & trim stalks
- 1/4 cup ham sliced into ½”x 2” lengths
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons regular soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar unrefined
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon water
