  • 2 cups long grain brown rice steamed, I cooked mine in a rice cooker
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt Lawry’s, with parsley
  • 1/2 cup shredded romano cheese
