• 1 1/2 cups pork shredded barbecue
• 1/2 cup red onion diced grilled
• 4 strips applewood smoked bacon cooked and crumbled
• 1/4 cup dill pickles thinly sliced
• 1 cup low moisture mozzarella cheese shredded
• 1 cup jack cheese shredded cheddar-, blend
• scallions Thinly sliced, for serving
