  • 1 chickpeas regular can, ca. 400g with liquid
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce vegetarian, try one tbsp first, add another if required
  • 3 medium tomatoes /handful cherry tomatoes. The sweeter the better
  • 1 cup basil leaves

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • vitamin c
  • 1/2 lime for a cool looking citrusy garnish., optional
