Ingredients

• 3 whole Ancho chilies dried, stems and some seeds removed
• 2 whole chipotle peppers in adobo
• 2 oranges large, juiced
• 2 limes juiced
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons asian fish sauce
• 6 cloves garlic roughly chopped
• 1 bunch cilantro leaves only, roughly 1 cup
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• steak FAJITAS:
• 2 pounds flank steak or skirt, trimmed
• 1 yellow onion cut in half and sliced
• 1 red bell pepper seeds removed and sliced
• 1 green bell pepper seeds removed and sliced
